“Cultivating Well-Being in the Workplace,” was created by the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds, Inc., and the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development. The program is informed by world-renowned Neuroscientist Richard J. Davidson’s research and his New York Times bestselling book The Emotional Life of Your Brain, providing hands-on application of well-being skills and techniques.

The program’s research supports the effectiveness of these skills for cultivating well-being in individuals, and the curriculum is designed to expand such skills to the workplace and understand their impact in a workplace setting.

CIHM, Inc. is a non-profit organization that supports the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds’ mission of cultivating well-being and relieving suffering through a scientific understanding of the mind.
